This policy explains what personal information Pure Hope Restored, Inc. collects when you visit or order from koinoniaadventures.us, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and the rights you hold over it. It applies to this website and to the email we send you about your orders.

Information we collect

We collect only what an order actually requires, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site.

• Information you give us. Name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide one. If you contact us, the content of your message.
• Order information. What you bought, in what size and colour, the amount paid, the shipping method, and your order code.
• Payment information. Payment is processed by PayPal. Card numbers are entered on the payment processor's own systems and never reach ours. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits and card brand for reconciliation.
• Technical information. IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This arrives automatically in server logs whenever any browser requests a page.
• Marketing preferences. If you subscribe to restock emails, your email address and the fact that you opted in, with the date.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification, precise geolocation, biometric data, or any special-category data. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

How we use your information

• To take payment, pack your order, and deliver it to the address you gave us.
• To send transactional email: the order confirmation, the shipping and tracking notice, and messages about returns or warranty claims.
• To answer messages you send us.
• To handle returns, exchanges and seam-guarantee claims.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders and abuse of the site.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send marketing email — only if you explicitly subscribed, and only until you unsubscribe.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the parties needed to complete what you asked for:

• Payment processor — PayPal, to take and verify payment.
• Carriers — USPS, UPS and FedEx receive the name and delivery address needed to deliver the parcel.
• Email delivery — the service that sends our order and shipping notifications.
• Hosting and infrastructure — the provider running this website and its database.
• Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, or law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Each of these receives the minimum needed to do its job and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes. If the business were ever sold or merged, personal information would transfer as part of it, and we would notify you by email before that took effect.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them to keep your cart from emptying as you move between pages, to remember choices such as your size, and to keep you signed in to the admin area if you are a member of staff. These are strictly necessary cookies: refuse them and the store still loads, but your cart will not survive a page reload.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the notice on this site lets you decline non-essential use. We do not use cookies to follow you around other websites, and we do not run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels.

Data security

The entire site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit. Access to order data is limited to the small number of people who pack orders and answer email, each with an individual account. Card details never touch our systems, which removes the largest category of risk from us entirely. Databases sit behind a firewall and are not reachable from the public internet.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your personal information, we would notify affected customers and the relevant authorities within the timeframes the law requires, and we would tell you plainly what was taken.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information, subject to records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes.
• Port your information to another service in a machine-readable format.
• Opt out of marketing at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by writing to us.
• Object to or restrict processing in the circumstances the law provides for.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and shared; the right to delete it; the right to correct it; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still contact us to confirm that in writing.

EU and UK residents (GDPR). Our legal bases are: performance of a contract, for order processing and delivery; legitimate interests, for fraud prevention and running the site; consent, for marketing email; and legal obligation, for tax records. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email contact@koinoniaadventures.us with the email address used on your order. We respond within 30 days and never charge for a request. We may ask you to confirm the request from the order email address so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

Data retention

Order records, including name, address and order contents, are kept for seven years to satisfy U.S. tax and accounting requirements. Contact-form messages are kept for two years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only the fact of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again by mistake. Server logs containing IP addresses are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly.

International transfers

We operate from Idaho and our systems are hosted in the United States. If you order from outside the United States your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S. We currently ship domestically only, so this applies mainly to enquiries rather than orders.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — to a payment processor or a carrier's tracking page — that site is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for their practices and we encourage you to read them.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so we do not respond to it specifically — but the outcome you would want from it already applies here: we run no third-party advertising or analytics that follow you across other websites, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we notify affected customers by email before it takes effect. Previous versions are available on request.
